Experience the thrill of learning to sail, casual sailing and dinghy racing from Paignton Sailing Club nestled in the picturesque Paignton harbour in the heart of the English Riviera. Our club offers easy and safe access into the centre of the Bay from the small sheltered quiet Paignton harbour and is a vibrant hub for learning to sail, & dinghy racing as well as offering regional and national events. You will be guaranteed a warm welcome and a fantastic enthusiastic sailing community.

Whether you’re a seasoned dinghy sailor or just starting, we embrace a diverse range of sailing boats, including 2000, Blaze, Laser, Fireball, Scorpion, Supernova, and specially catered options for juniors like Toppers, Picos and RS Tera. No boat? No problem! Affordable boat rentals are available for all skill levels. We look forward to getting you out on the water for an unforgettable experience.

PSC success in Sailing SW Winter Series 2023/24

We're extremely proud of the success of our talented members Luca and Zac Mitchell in the recent Sailing Southwest winter series 2023-24. The Countdown to Paignton Open for Single Handers (POSH) 2024 has begun. Entries have now opened for the annual event which has become an important fixture in the regional sailing calendar. South West Youth Sailing Academy (SWYSA) - 24th Feb 2024

Paignton Sailing Club were proud to host the South West Youth Sailing Academy's recent training event at Paignton Sailing Club on the 24th Feb. 30 youths were split into groups in Toppers, Laser 4.1 or radials. The coaching took place on a bright and breezy day with 8-15 knot winds. Ideal conditions, even if a bit chilly at times!
